Job summary

Energy Panel Structures, Inc., a leader in commercial and agricultural construction, seeks an Inside Sales & Estimating Specialist – Hog and Poultry at our Perryville, Missouri facility. You will prepare estimates, develop pricing, and coordinate orders for swine and poultry projects, serving as the primary contact for dealer accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in swine/poultry/agriculture construction preferred.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specs; perform take-offs.
• Familiarity with estimating principles and construction materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• AutoCAD knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for swine and poultry facilities.
• Interpret plans, layouts, and specifications to support project quoting.
• Assist dealers with material take-offs and project estimates.
• Develop pricing and scopes of work for swine and poultry construction projects.
• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for assigned dealer accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPS dealers and their crews.
• Coordinate building orders, deliveries, and general customer service activities.
• Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure project success.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow safety policies.
