Job description

Seeking to hire a full-time laborer, technically called a "hod carrier" with the possibility to grow into a craftsman. Position would include assisting our craftsman with various tasks in our casting or plastering operations, the transport and mixing of materials, building or deconstructing scaffolding and trash pickup. Must be able to safely and efficiently perform these tasks, follow safety procedures, and work well as a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in construction or masonry a plus

• Ability to work in a construction environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work well in a team
• Steel toed boots and Workman Standard long pants
• Company provides N-95 masks, safety goggles and logo t-shirt

Pay Range

• Inexperienced person $15/hr
• Experienced (2-3 yrs) in same or similar industry $18/hr
