Job summary

Yonderland is seeking a senior Scrum Master to join its IT team. You will coach multiple squads, drive continuous improvement, and foster psychological safety in a multinational delivery environment.

You will mentor other Scrum Masters, support scaling initiatives, and help align Agile practices with business goals. Experience across distributed teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master working across multiple teams.
• PSM II, A-CSM, or equivalent advanced Scrum/Agile coaching certification.
• Lean practices such as value stream mapping, waste elimination, pull systems, and flow optimisation applied to delivery.
• Proven experience coaching teams and stakeholders through Agile adoption and organisational change.
• Experience with scaling practices such as multi-team planning, dependency management, and communities of practice.
• Strong command of flow metrics and data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and psychological safety.
• Help teams define and evolve their working agreements, metrics, and improvement experiments.
• Identify and remove impediments at team and cross-team level, escalating where needed.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and technical leads to ensure backlog health, prioritisation, and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor mid-level and junior Scrum Masters and contribute to an internal Scrum Master and Agile community of practice.
• Support larger Agile initiatives such as multi-team planning, scaling practices, and framework adoption.
• Analyse flow metrics - velocity, cycle time, and work in progress - and coach teams to improve with data.
• Represent Agile practices in cross-functional discussions and leadership forums.
• Support change initiatives and organisational transformations related to Agile and delivery.
