Higher Ground Property Management seeks an HOA Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of offsite Homeowner Associations from our office. Travel and driving are required, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week after a 90-day probation.

The candidate should be assertive, organized, and possess basic knowledge of property laws. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required, with salary around $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and vehicle daily.
• Must type at least 35 wpm (will be tested).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must understand basic property laws and know what an HOA is.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of offsite Homeowner Associations from our office.
• Attend evening meetings per month.
• Possibly work remotely up to two days per week after probation.
