Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in property/HOA management or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience working with boards of directors and community associations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of residential communities.
• Collaborate with boards, General Managers, and internal departments to meet goals.
