Qualifications

5+ years of legal practice experience.
HOA litigation experience desired.
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Education & Licensure: JD and Florida Bar.

Responsibilities

Advise condominium and homeowner association boards on compliance with Florida statutes and regulations.
Draft, review, and amend governing documents, including covenants, bylaws, rules, and amendments.
Prepare and review contracts and association-related legal documents.
Assist clients with dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.
Counsel boards on governance, elections, and enforcement matters.
