Job summary

W3Global in Houston, TX seeks an experienced HOA/Community Association Attorney to support the firm's property owner association practice. The attorney will serve as counsel to assigned clients, assist with governing documents, provide guidance on compliance, and manage lawsuits and foreclosures as needed.

Direct HOA/POA experience is highly preferred; strong real estate background may be considered. This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas and the Southern District of Texas.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• HOA, POA, community association, or related real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Courtroom, litigation, and/or foreclosure experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work full-time in person and meet billing requirements.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HOA / Community Association Attorney to support the firm's property owner association practice. The attorney will serve as counsel to assigned clients, assist with association-related legal documents and governing documents, provide legal guidance on compliance matters, and manage lawsuits and foreclosure matters when necessary.

Direct HOA, POA, or community association experience is highly preferred. Strong real estate attorneys with relevant property-related legal experience may also be considered.
