Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and court procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 250-400 active collection cases.
• Collaborate with paralegals, administrative staff, and shareholders.
• Draft legal opinions and review client documents.
• Conduct court appearances for covenant enforcement.
• Communicate with community association clients for updates and guidance.
• Handle billing and attend client meetings for elections and Board meetings.
