Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Client Concierge Specialist to support high‑net‑worth clients through the Generations team and branch offices. You will oversee workflow across planning phases, onboard clients, coordinate milestones, and deliver proactive, seamless service for both clients and branch teams.

You will liaise with home office stakeholders, anticipate needs, and help manage the end-to-end client experience in a collaborative, private-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years at a financial services firm preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred or obtained within 9 months of hire.
• Insurance license preferred.
• Advanced designations FPQP, AAMS, CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with branch teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Deliverables across Generations planning process and track tasks.
• Organize administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a liaison between branch teams and home office departments.
• Deliver proactive service and anticipate client and advisor needs.
• Monitor high net-worth accounts and coordinate timely requests.
• Serve as concierge for Generations hub experiences and efficiencies.
• Coordinate with home office stakeholders for branch needs.
