Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a financial services firm preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 preferred or obtained within 9 months of hire
• Insurance license preferred
• Understanding of a variety of financial products
• This role will sit at the Edward Jones Generations Dallas Hub location

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the branch team and stakeholders across the Firm.
• Coordinate deliverables and outcomes across each phase of the Generations financial planning process, owning the project plan through completion.
• Organize and complete administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including managing client information and scheduling meetings.
• Serve as a dedicated connection point between branch teams and home office departments to triage questions for each client relationship.
• Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating Financial Advisor and client needs and positively impacting the client’s experience
• Provide ongoing proactive support through daily monitoring of high-net-worth client accounts and coordinating with the Generations team
• Elevate the client and branch team experience by acting as concierge, the singular point of contact for Generations branch teams
• Differentiate the branch team experience by coordinating with home office stakeholders for all Generations client relationships
• For Generations Hub locations, may include expanded real estate engagements and in-office client meetings
