KSM Business Services, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to lead engagements focused on high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities, including trusts and family investment partnerships.

You will act as a trusted client contact, providing advanced tax planning and compliance expertise from planning through delivery. You will coordinate workflow, delegate effectively, and develop Associates while collaborating with Partners and specialty professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of accounting and tax experience with increasing engagement complexity.
• CPA/license requirements: member in good standing with the AICPA.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements focused on high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities.
• Serve as trusted client contact and provide technical tax expertise from planning through delivery.
• Delegate work and develop Associates and Senior Associates, coordinating with Partners.
• Review complex returns (individual, fiduciary, partnership, S corporations, gift, and estate).
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and collaborate with specialists.
