Qualifications

• Five years of accounting and tax experience with increasing engagement complexity.
• Must be a member in good standing with the AICPA.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Client service oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Creative, persistent problem solver and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio focused on high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities and trusts.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary client contact, maintaining year-round relationships with families and related professionals.
• Lead multiple engagements from planning through delivery, including staffing, budgets, timelines, billing, and risk management.
• Provide hands-on support for complex tax compliance and planning with specialists as appropriate.
• Review complex tax returns, workpapers, and deliverables for assigned portfolio.
• Delegate work and coach Associates and Senior Associates to develop talent.
• Coordinate staffing with peers and partners to balance workloads and optimize engagement capacity.
• Maintain proficiency in firm tax systems and technology.
