The Personal Lines Account Manager – High Net Worth role in Hauppauge, Long Island, manages the full client lifecycle from new business to policy issuance and works directly with top HNW carriers and wholesale brokers.

You will handle submissions, binder processes, renewals, and client reviews, with collaborative team support. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 remote, comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in High Net Worth personal lines.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.
• Direct experience with leading HNW carriers: Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines book of business
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, and proposal presentations
• Handle applications, supplemental forms, binders, and the binder process through policy issuance
• Produce coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, and certificates
• Prepare and conduct client renewal reviews
• Provide back‑up support to fellow Account Managers as a member of a collaborative team
