Job summary

Matter Family Office in Denver is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Analyst to manage client accounting data and deliver timely reports for high-net-worth families. You will work with data teams to ensure complete, accurate portrayals of each client’s financial position and collaborate with investment managers to verify transactions in performance reports.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years in financial reporting, with experience in Addepar and Arch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2+ years in financial reporting, preferably in family office or similar.
• Experience with Addepar or portfolio reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with Arch or private investment tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection and maintenance of client account data in the reporting platform.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Ensure private investments data are accurately reflected in reports.
• Collaborate with investment managers to verify transactions and statements.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.
• Build and maintain Excel models to support reporting workflows.
• Educate and train other analysts on the reporting platform.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of reporting processes.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
