Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Bergen seeks an HSE Advisor on a temporary contract to promote preventive HSE measures, distribute campaigns, and handle reporting and case processing in collaboration with the HSE Manager and local management.

You will work in a petroleum-related or energy project environment, requiring 3+ years of relevant experience and an HSE-focused education (preferred). The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a contract from November 16, 2026 to December 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in petroleum-related, renewable-energy, or construction/civil engineering projects in a similar role.
• Education within HSE is preferred, but extensive relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
• Strong proactive mindset and systematic approach to HSE.
