This role emphasizes systems engineering, interfaces, and quality over pure software development. You will collaborate across disciplines to translate needs into testable requirements, develop validation plans, and support test automation while ensuring product quality and

Qualifications

• Experience developing, documenting, reviewing, or managing technical requirements.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases for software and/or system validation and verification.
• Experience validating embedded systems, HMI applications, controls, or similar electronic systems.
• Familiarity with embedded software algorithms, controls, and electronic systems, as well as software development and testing processes.
• Experience troubleshooting complex system and software issues.
• Familiarity with test automation and scripting, preferably in Python.
• Strong technical documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into clear, testable requirements for software teams.
• Develop validation strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing; validate software releases.
• Document results and validation evidence per ISO and internal QA processes.
• Develop automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with UI/UX for display functionality and interfaces.
