Job summary

Case iZ is seeking an experienced HMI Engineer to join our engineering team. You will focus on developing HMI applications using Rockwell FactoryTalk View ME/SE and Optix, with other platforms a plus.

This role requires traveling ~25% and contributing to product development and project management. You will provide technical support, interpret client requirements, perform design calculations, and produce documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related job experience.
• Strong experience with HMI/SCADA server/client architecture.
• Proficient with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming.
• Strong knowledge of control and electrical system design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel ~25%.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop HMI and SCADA using Rockwell FactoryTalk applications.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Resolve project problems and minimize delays.
• Lead projects or contribute as a team member.
• Interpret client requirements and address design parameters.
• Perform electrical calculations supporting design.
• Create, test, and finalize control system designs.
• Create user manuals and diagrams.
• Commission products onsite at customer facilities.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
