Job summary

BW Packaging is seeking a Manufacturing Intelligence Engineer - SCADA to design and implement SCADA and industrial control solutions for customers' capital projects. This role sits within the Perpetua Group, delivering robust development and commissioning plans for packaging environments.

Requires 5+ years in system integration (SCADA/MES), a BS in Engineering, and hands-on experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk Optix/View, Ignition, or Aveva, plus .NET programming. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in system integration, SCADA and/or MES application development.
BS in Engineering (Electrical or Computer preferred).
Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk Optix/View; Ignition or Aveva is a plus.
Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs and related HMIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, programming, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Design SCADA systems and interfaces, data handling and reporting.
Develop software control algorithms and data structures; configure displays and transmission software.
Provide project execution, deliverables, and quality control; client liaison for scope and delivery.
Support startup activities on packaging lines and process systems; travel as required.
Lead multiple scopes across phases with team coordination.
