Fidelis Logistics is hiring a Production Line Operator to run and monitor HMI-controlled pallet recycling equipment. You will adjust settings, track production data, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Familiarity with HMI systems, PLC-controlled machinery, or automated production lines.
• Mechanically inclined and able to identify basic mechanical or electrical issues.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and teamwork-driven.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HMI-controlled pallet repair and processing equipment.
• Adjust settings, monitor production data, and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, startups, and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and communicate with Maintenance when needed.
• Ensure production targets, safety goals, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate production logs and perform regular product quality checks.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, following all safety protocols.
