Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic pallets for defects and determine appropriate rework or repair methods.
• Repair, rework, and refurbish defective pallets to meet quality standards.
• Break down damaged pallets for recycling or disposal.
• Operate a forklift to transport pallets, materials, and finished products throughout the department as needed.
• Load and unload materials using a forklift.
• Perform manual handling of pallets, including stacking, sorting, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support recycling, housekeeping, and general production tasks within the rework department.
