You will operate HMI software, track machine performance, respond to alarms, adjust settings, and work with engineers and maintenance staff to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment. Shift details and reporting structure are provided by the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating HMI software or similar control systems preferred.
• Background in electrical or mechanical systems helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate HMI software to monitor and control machines and equipment in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor inputs and outputs of machines, track performance, and respond to alarms.
• Adjust system settings to optimize machine performance and production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production data and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance staff to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Generate and review reports on machine performance and quality control.
