Job summary

Nexus Circular is seeking an HMI operator to control and monitor industrial processes in our manufacturing plant. You will use HMI software to coordinate machines, track performance, respond to alarms, and generate production reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience in automation or control systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate HMI software to monitor and control manufacturing processes.
• Monitor inputs and outputs to ensure proper functioning and identify abnormalities.
• Respond to alarms and adjust settings to optimize performance.
• Maintain records of machine performance, production data and maintenance activities.
• Generate and review reports on machine performance, production output and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance staff and other team members to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Follow safety protocols and stay updated on latest HMI and automation trends.
