Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by triaging and routing inquiries promptly.
• Coordinates patient intake and order processing by gathering referrals and entering data into the EMR.
• Manages delivery and fulfillment of medical equipment and supplies with timely setup.
• Provides one-on-one patient support, including equipment education and fittings.
• Collaborates across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and billing compliance.
• Audits casework and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
