Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in banking or lending-related functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HMDA requirements.
• Exposure to loan operations and the lending lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bank’s HMDA compliance program.
• Serve as a member of the HMDA Loan Review Team.
• Perform reconciliations and certifications for loan-related accounts.

Skills

Working knowledge of HMDA (Regulation C)

Understanding of HMDA reportable transactions

Ability to support HMDA data integrity

Knowledge of HMDA LAR submission requirements

Ability to apply internal HMDA procedures

Experience in banking or lending-related functions

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Related college degree preferred
