Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a dependable labor associate to support daily asphalt plant operations, perform general tasks, and assist with equipment to maintain production flow.

You will monitor material flow, conduct basic plant checks, and communicate irregularities to the plant operator while collaborating with the loader operator teams to meet production goals in a safe, fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
