Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related discipline (or Canadian equivalent) and completion of an accredited Technologist program.
• Registered or registry eligible with an approved certifying agency within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform HLA antibody, flow cytometric and molecular testing for transplant programs and related services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, JCAHO requirements, and DMC policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science/clinical discipline; Canadian degree with accredited Technologist program

Registered or registry eligible per ASCP, AMT, Canadian CSMLS, NCA or HLA ACHI within 12 months of hire
