Donor Network of Arizona is seeking a part-time HLA Technologist to join the 24/7 HLA laboratory in Tempe. You will perform ABO and donor histocompatibility testing, manage testing workflows, and ensure timely initial typing.
The role requires five years' histocompatibility or immunology lab experience, a relevant degree, and CHS (ACHI) certification; on-call shifts include evenings and weekends.

Note: This is a part-time position, meaning the employee will work on an as-needed basis. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary depending on operational requirements. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility or supplemental income. Schedule: Part-time (as needed, flexible hours). Donor Network of Arizona's HLA laboratory is a 24/7 operation. Shift: Varies based on department needs, including weekends and holidays. Must be available for on-call requirement from 6PM-8:30 AM, 7 days per week. 3-5 shifts minimum required per month.
