You will oversee a licensed team, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate testing in serology/molecular labs. The supervisor will manage scheduling, QA/QC review, and protocol development, while liaising with transplant centers and other customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or life science required.
• CHT certification from ACHI required; CHS certification preferred.
• California licensure as Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist required or eligible.

• Supervise and manage the operations of the HLA Serology/Molecular laboratory.
• Plan and handle scheduling for day-to-day activities and troubleshoot issues.
• Review QA/QC data and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain proficiency in HLA testing and sign out reports.
• Provide on-site supervision and staff development; coordinate personnel actions.
