Job summary

Wewinabi Inc. in Hinckley, MN, is seeking a dedicated laundry associate to operate washing machines, dryers, and folding equipment, ensuring efficient processing and high-quality linens.

You will pre-sort, identify damaged items, and help maintain organized workstations while supporting loading and unloading of linens for trucks. Responsibilities include training at workstations, adhering to safety procedures, following inspection protocols, and sustaining energy-conscious practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or ability to pass our Basic Skills Assessment.
• 6 months previous commercial laundry or production environment experience preferred.
• Able to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Operates washing machines, dryers, and folding machines per guidelines.
• Pre-sorts linens, removes damaged items, and stores clean/ folded linens.
• Assist in training at workstations and support production workflow.
• Assist Grindstone Laundry Driver(s) with loading/unloading and weighing linens.
• Notify supervisor of incidents or conflicts affecting operations or service.
• Comply with Grindstone Laundry inspection processes and safety regulations.
