Shield AI seeks a Senior Director of Hivemind Program Finance to lead financial planning and analysis for the Hivemind unit. You will drive performance by partnering with engineering, operations, and product to forecast, analyze, and optimize financial outcomes on strategic programs.

You will influence executives, mature program finance processes, and ensure adherence to GAAP and government contract norms while guiding a fast-moving, high-impact team toward sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10–15 years in financial analysis, corporate finance or FP&A.
• 8+ years in Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
• Strong grasp of US GAAP in government contracting or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Program Controls, Pricing, and EVM.

Responsibilities

• Advise Hivemind Program Management leadership on all financial matters.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and product to deliver financial insights.
• Mature processes, policies, templates, and tools used in program finance.
• Lead cross-functional improvements to enable sustainable growth.
• Ensure programs meet orders, revenue, EBITDA, and cash goals.
• Direct report to VP of Finance, Program Finance Aircraft & Product.
