Job summary

Positive Impact Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver specialty assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for STIs including syphilis, gonorrhea, and Chlamydia, and to provide PrEP for at-risk individuals.

The role also offers primary and HIV specialty care for patients living with HIV/AIDS. The NP/PA will work with RNs, MAs, phlebotomists, health educators and case managers under the Assistant Director of Clinical Care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or PA degree required.
• Georgia licensed NP or PA.
• Experience as NP/PA in clinical settings preferred (2–5 years).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide STI evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for STI including HIV PrEP.
• Provide HIV specialty care and primary care for patients with HIV/AIDS.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and case managers.
• Maintain confidential medical records and consent to procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing education.
