Job summary

Park West Health System, Inc. is seeking an experienced HIV Specialist/Nurse Practitioner in Baltimore, Maryland. This role combines direct patient care with program leadership in a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving healthcare access.

You will lead clinical initiatives, mentor staff, and develop comprehensive policies for HIV care while providing culturally responsive, patient-centered treatment. The position offers a robust benefits package, including a retirement plan and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland CRNP license in good standing.
• National Board Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Maryland prescriptive authority and Federal DEA licensure.
• AAHIVS or AAHIVE certification required.
• Minimum one year of direct HIV clinical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and HIV specialty care for adults living with HIV.
• Lead clinical initiatives that strengthen HIV prevention, treatment, and long-term patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement HIV clinical policies and best practices across multiple clinic locations.
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health, case management, and support services.
