Alliance for Positive Health in Albany, NY seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Ryan White Supportive Services program, ensuring culturally competent, high‑quality care for people living with HIV/AIDS. You will manage staff, maintain standards, and coordinate services to meet funder and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, quality assurance, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to improve engagement and health outcomes among target populations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Four years in human services, with at least two in supervision.
• 1–2 years’ experience in HIV/AIDS or other chronic illness programs.
• Must meet NYS DOC facility clearance if required by program.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and develop culturally competent, high‑quality HIV/AIDS services under Ryan White program.
• Supervise staff, ensure QA, compliance, and reporting to funders.
• Coordinate data collection, outcomes reporting and client health information sharing.
• Represent the Alliance at community meetings and events.
• Lead program improvement and staff training as needed.
