Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HIV/AIDS field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff in local clinics to outreach to out of care individuals and reconnect them to HIV medical services.
• Refer and link undiagnosed clients to rapid HIV testing services.
• Provide accurate information about living with HIV and accessing services.
• Maintain client case records and ensure confidentiality.
• Represent the agency at community events and maintain relationships with providers.
