Job summary

The State of Missouri, Bureau of HIV, STI, and Hepatitis, is hiring for a program coordinator located at 7545 S Lindbergh Blvd, St Louis, MO 63125. This role contributes to ending the HIV epidemic in Missouri by locating HIV positive individuals lost to care and ensuring access to care and prevention services.

Responsibilities include epidemiologic data collection and analysis, assisting with HIV investigations, enrolling eligible clients in Ryan White services, and developing linkage to care

Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comfort discussing STI/HIV and transmission with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine epidemiologic data collection and basic analysis.
• Assist with HIV investigations and linkage to care programs.
• Assess Ryan White service eligibility and enroll eligible clients.
• Assist in designing intervention strategies, policies and procedures.
• Interview clients and collect data from other agencies as needed.
• Develop linkage to care and individualized support plans.
• Monitor linkage to care services for quality and vendor performance.
• Re-engage clients not in care and reassess eligibility.
• Perform in-depth disease cluster investigations using epidemiologic methods.
• Exercise independence and initiative in responsibilities.
