i9 Sports is seeking a Baseball Instructor to work with kids ages 3 to 6 and parent volunteer coaches. This hands-on role leads athletes with expert instruction and drives a positive youth sports culture on the field.

The position involves leading practice sessions, setting up fields, teaching core concepts of sportsmanship, and coordinating game day information with families across multiple local locations.

• Ability to work weekends and some evenings (season duration).
• Must pass National Criminal Background Check.

Job Summary

The Baseball Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Baseball Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Setup and breakdown of individual baseball fields
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, :7 weeks)
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
