U-Haul International, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Hitch Service Technician to install and explain tow packages and provide exceptional customer service to customers at our Moving and Storage Center.

The role involves hands-on technical work, safety awareness, and ongoing training through U-Haul University. Part-time hours and reliable, customer-focused performance are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul’s variety of towing packages.
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
