Job summary

U-Haul Hitch Service Technician role at our Moving and Storage Center offers hands-on work with towing packages and installation, emphasizing top-tier customer service. A valid driver's license and basic wiring/tools are required, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

The position starts at $18.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Two paid hands-on interviews are scheduled, with additional bonuses of $100 hiring and a $300 cash bonus after

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Basic wiring experience and hand/power tool experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Explain U-Haul’s towing packages to customers.
• Install the right tow package on customer vehicles for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
