The incumbent performs as a laboratory professional who prepares tissues from surgical specimens for histology, electron microscopy, and immunohistochemistry. The incumbent utilizes laboratory and hospital systems to access data and perform other appropriate system functions. Additionally, this employee performs tissue processing and sectioning.
