Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage flow of anatomic pathology specimens.
• Perform microtomy, cryotomy and embedding.
• Train new team members and troubleshoot instruments.
• Support QA program with QC monitoring and instrument maintenance.
• Assist in surgical pathology gross examination when needed.
• Perform routine, special, and immunohistochemical staining.
• Ensure slides and controls are properly stained and artifact-free.
• Maintain staining inventories and adherence to turn-around times.
