Missionary Christian School (MCS) seeks a dedicated Middle/High School History Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for Christian education and a strong knowledge of history to engage students in learning through a biblical worldview.

You will plan and deliver quality instruction, foster a positive classroom environment, and communicate with students and parents while supporting both spiritual and academic growth across grades six

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with middle and high school students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to Christian education and the mission of Missionary Christian School.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective, engaging, and age-appropriate history/social studies lessons.
• Teach course content from a biblical worldview and connect history to Christian truth.
• Prepare lesson plans, activities, assessments, and instructional materials.
