Job summary

Historic Tours of America seeks a Bartender for the Old Savannah Distillery in Savannah, GA. You will deliver authentic guest experiences, recommend beverages, prepare and process orders, and assist teammates to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Knowledge of a wide range of spirits, ingredients, and mixing methods is essential. You will handle inventory, security of cash and supplies, and support administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a full-service restaurant and/or bar.
• Valid Bar Card or equivalent.
• Valid Bar Smart certification.
• Pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing.
• Flexibility with hours and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of spirits and drinks to guests and assist with beverage selections.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of spirits, mixers, soft drinks, juices, syrups, and bitters.
• Ensure proper rotation and documentation of inventory and reporting.
• Ensure security of all supply inventories and monies, and inform management of low stock.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain required records.
