American Conservation Experience seeks ONE Preservation Maintenance Member to help preserve historic park structures and landscapes at Jimmy Carter National Historic Park, Plains, GA. You will perform cleaning, inspections, painting, and basic carpentry under NPS supervision, coordinating with park staff and maintenance crews.

The role emphasizes outdoor work in a hot-humid Georgia climate, with weekly hours Monday–Friday and occasional weekend events.

Formación

• Required: Authorized to work in the United States; 21+ to drive; pass criminal history checks.
• Willing to represent ACE professionally; able to work independently or in a group; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and inspect structures and landscapes.
• Perform painting, basic carpentry, and general maintenance under NPS supervision.
• Work with NPS Maintainers and Gardeners to preserve park assets.
• Support park maintenance operations to keep visitor areas safe and clean.
• Assist with grounds, custodial, and historic structure repairs.
