Job summary

Guest Services Inc. is seeking a dining room server for Mount Rainier National Park, WA. You will greet guests, take orders, describe menu items, and ensure accurate billing while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced historic dining room.

The role requires flexibility to work breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts. Relevant certifications in food safety and alcohol service, plus strong customer service, are expected; housing/meal plans are available for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education preferred (HS diploma/GED).
• Solid sanitation habits and attention to detail.
• Food Safety certification and alcohol service (TIPS/MAST) certification required.
• Experience in National Park food service preferred.
• Ability to learn and use food service POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and take food & beverage orders.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure compliant alcohol service by checking IDs as needed.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and assist guests and coworkers.
• Complete sales in POS accurately and maintain dining area.
