Taher, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook for our historic Forepaughs restaurant in Saint Paul, MN. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain quality, manage inventory, and help keep a fast-paced kitchen running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Basic arithmetic skills for recipe and inventory tasks.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Dependable and punctual with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes and assist in menu writing.

• Control ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory of perishable items
