Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience; 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years in a management role.
• State licensure/certification requirements depend on position; BLS certification for healthcare providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more functional areas of a department and supervises professional and support staff, including subordinate supervisors.
• Evaluates and improves department processes while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Oversees budget processes, strategic initiatives, and operational goals in collaboration with leadership.
• Plans, organizes, monitors, and assesses department activities to meet employee and organizational objectives.
• Collaborates to establish procedures, workflows, and quality outcomes across clinical and non-clinical settings.
