Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years histopathology lab experience recommended.
• ASCP qualification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare slides via tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining.
• Collaborate with pathologists to ensure timely results.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot histology equipment.
• Maintain documentation per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP requirements.
• Support process improvements to enhance data quality and turnaround times.
• Maintain inventory, housekeeping, safety, quality, and 6S standards.
• Support study setup and cross-functional projects as assigned.
