Qualifications

• Knowledge of histology techniques and regulatory testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare slides via tissue processing, paraffin embedding, sectioning and staining.
• Collaborate with pathologists to ensure timely results.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot histology equipment.
• Document processes per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP and local regulations.
• Support process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Maintain lab inventory, safety and 6S standards.
• Assist with study setup and cross-functional projects.
