Qualifications

• Experience: one year in histopathology preferred.
• Certification/Registration: HT (ASCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive specimens and verify labeling and orders.
• Prepare routine gross tissue specimens for microscopic examination (processing, embedding, cutting, staining, cover slipping).
• Prepare solutions and stains per specifications.
• Maintain laboratory records and logs.
