Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking histotechnologists for the Charleston campus to join a premier health system. Openings exist on 2nd and 3rd shifts with hourly rates of $31–$40+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Completion of accredited Histology program
• HTL (ASCP) required
• 1+ years of experience as a Histotechnologist preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex histologic procedures per established SOPs.
• Conduct grossing, processing, embedding, microtomy and sectioning.
• Perform stains, immunohistochemistry, and frozen sectioning.
• Maintain quality control on slides and document instrument maintenance.
